We lost our beloved Maureen on January 11, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. In July 2018, Maureen suffered a seizure at her vacation home in Maine. She was immediately taken to Mass General where she was diagnosed with a glioblastoma. The next day, Maureen underwent brain surgery, followed by 6 months of chemotherapy and 30 rounds of radiation. She continued her fight with countless Avastin treatments and MRIs. Maureen fought for her life every step of the way against this unforgiving disease. Our hope is that one day a cure will be found, and that it will, in part, be a result of Maureen's brave battle and legacy. We will miss her so very much.
