Barbara Wilkes Sheehan, 56, of Concord, Massachusetts passed away peacefully at her home on September 12, 2020 after a three and a half year battle with Neuroendocrine/Carcinoid Tumors.
The family is forever grateful for Barbara’s team of incredible doctors and nurses at Dana-Farber and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Throughout her time as a patient, Barbara received top-notch treatment and care, from chemotherapies, radiation, and cutting-edge treatment options to pain management and palliative care. Thus, in lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Barbara to support her doctor, Dr. Jennifer Chan, and the Neuroendocrine and Carcinoid Tumors Research Program at: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284
In addition to Dr. Chan, the family would like to thank Nurse Practitioner Nina Grenon.
