Please support the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund during these trying times. Due to COVID-19 concerns, the Dana-Farber Institute is unable to receive toys this year. In previous years, the Massachusetts National Guard Officer Candidate program has organized an event to deliver toys to the children. We seek to continue our partnership with Dana Farber and keep up the spirit of charity by collecting donations during this holiday season.
The OCS Class 88 has set a goal to raise $5000 for the Dana Farber Institute in lieu of donations. To maintain the spirit of the event, and practice sage social distancing measures, all OCS Class 88 Officer Candidates will participate in a "virtual" ruck by ruck marching on a route of their choice during the weekend of December 12-13. All Officer Candidates will be rucking at least 10 miles and carrying 35-50lbs. Please help us reach our goal of raising $5000 by December 13.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity! Dana-Farber provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults and is home to groundbreaking cancer discoveries. Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has raised millions of dollars through thousands of community efforts to advance Dana-Farber’s mission.
