The Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge, in collaboration with the Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.), offers the exciting opportunity to run the Boston Marathon® while raising critical funds to benefit the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Experience Boston’s iconic 26.2 miles in pursuit of the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.

For runners using a ’22 Dana-Farber entry
- $85 team fee & $7,500 fundraising commitment
- $620 B.A.A. fees
($370 invitational race entry fee paid directly to the B.A.A., $250 Official Charity Program premium fee)
For runners using their own ’22 race entry
- $85 team fee & $4,000 fundraising commitment
For ’22 virtual DFMC runners
Virtual Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team members run their 26.2 miles anywhere/anytime and receive DFMC benefits and amenities other than guaranteed race entry
- $25 team fee & $4,000 fundraising commitment
