Virtual B.A.A. 5K® | April 16 – 18, 2021
Join Dana-Farber teammates in the first-ever virtual B.A.A. 5K® by running 3.1 miles from the safety of your own neighborhood or treadmill! Members of our B.A.A. 5K® team further the lifesaving mission of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute by raising funds to support extraordinary patient care and ground-breaking research.
The first 30 free B.A.A. 5K race entries have been claimed, but you can still join Dana-Farber’s team and cover your own race entry fee! Runners who join Dana-Farber’s team with their own race entry have a reduced fundraising commitment of $100!
RUNNERS RECEIVE
DFCI will cover the B.A.A.’s virtual race entry fee for the first 30 registrants ($65 value including finisher’s medal, Adidas shirt, and B.A.A. training plan)
In addition to B.A.A. package items, team members receive:
- Dana-Farber race singlet and baseball hat
- Fundraising tips and tools, including a personal fundraising webpage
- Special recognition for top fundraisers
- Training program designed by 1976 Boston MarathonŪ Men’s winner Jack Fultz
FEES AND FUNDRAISING REQUIREMENTS
Runners using a race entry provided by Dana-Farber:
- $15 team fee
- $150 fundraising commitment
Runners who are already registered for the virtual B.A.A. 5K:
- $15 team fee
- $100 fundraising commitment
