I am honored and humbled to be running the Boston Marathon for TEAM Christine in 6 months. I run for those who cannot and honor the life and fight of Christine Bayiates Stec who was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and in 10 short months became an angel.
Christine and I worked together with my husband at Parrelli Optical before she met the love of her life and husband Billy and became a mother to her two precious children Lexi and Dylan.
We spent so many hours together, adjusting eyeglasses and waiting on customers all the while having impromptu dance parties in the lab! Always a smile, always happy - Christine's smile lit up a room and her kindness and warmth were beyond measure.
My sweet friend- every day we worked together was a good day - all those who met you had better days because of how you treated them.
