WHY I'M FUNDRAISING WITH THE DANA-FARBER MARATHON CHALLENGE TO DEFY CANCER

I will be running my 2nd Marathon for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institue (DFCI) on April 21, 2025.  For those of you not familiar, DFCI is one of the world leading Cancer research and treatment organizations in the World.    Over 20M people are diagnosed with Cancer every year.   Cancer has impacted many people's life either directly through a personal diagnosis or one to a friend or Family member.   DFCI's vision is to Envision a world free of the fear and burden of Cancer.  The work Dana Farber is doing daily is positively changing people's lives.  


My goal is to raise at least $15,000 for this amazing Institution.  
 
One hundred percent of every dollar raised by the DFMC team supports the Claudia Adams Barr Program in Innovative Basic Cancer Research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. These funds are fueling some of today's most promising basic cancer research.
