Concert to Cancel Cancer
The Atholton PTSA will be hosting a concert and silent auction on May 21st at 7:00 pm in the Atholton High School Auditorium. We are raising funds for the Dana Farber Cancer Institute's Jimmy Fund. The proceeds will be used to directly fund research for pediatric sarcoma and bone cancers which a current Atholton High 9th grader is currently battling.
The concert will be featuring the local teenage band, The Clarksville Coughdrops, who went to middle school with Jamie and who want to show their support for him in their own unique way. The silent auction will be of items donated by local community members and 90% of all proceeds will go directly to the Jimmy Fund.
If you happen to have a business that could sponsor the event or items that could raise money during the silent auction portion of the evening, the PTA would be greatly appreciative of your support.
