Dr Rachael Smith was an amazing ENT at Hawthorn Medical. She was known to her patients and colleagues for her skill, empathy and kindness. Rachael valiantly fought metastatic renal cancer always with a smile and enthusiasm for life.
Rachael loved her family with all her heart- husband Dave, twins Sidney and Daniel, their pup, guinea pigs and fish. Rachael loved and found peace in yoga and continued to practice in any way that she could until shortly before her passing.
Rachael’s family wishes to raise 100,000 in her memory as it was always her life’s goal to help others.
