3 years ago on 8/15/2021, after an 18 month battle with cancer, my mother passed away, just hours before my birthday.
Each year, on my birthday, I want to honor my mother in a way that I know she would love -- getting donations for research.
For this year’s fundraiser, please consider donating directly to bile duct cancer research — to those working to find treatments for the rare cancers no one knows about until they are diagnosed.
My hope is that my mother will live on through Adele and through her devotion to research and care for others. Thank you.
