Hi, my name is Abby Deneen and I’m currently a junior at Villanova University. My younger sister Caroline was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma - bone cancer that affects children and young adults. I’m raising money for the Jimmy Fund Center at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute to continue research on this disease.
My younger sister is my other half and one of the best people I know. She is incredibly kind and funny, and she is my role model. She has gone through many treacherous health battles from the day she was born, yet she comes out braver and stronger every time. I know this one will be no different.
My sister began her 30 week chemotherapy process in October. The Dana Farber Cancer Institute will be helping my family through every step of this treatment and I want to thank them and encourage continued research on Osteosarcoma.
No one fights alone. Love you always sissy!
