Thank you for visiting our Giving Page in honor of our dad, Jim Carney, to support prostate cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund. Our family was blessed to benefit from the research efforts of Dr. Mary-Ellen Taplin and her colleagues at Dana-Farber. We were able to to continue enjoying our dad's beautiful soul and smile in large part due to those efforts. Dr. Taplin provided outstanding and compassionate care to our dad throughout his diagnosis and treatment. She remained his trusted advisor until the end.
Our family wants to help fund Dr. Taplin's research program so that others can benefit from new treatments for prostate cancer. Any contribution in our dad's memory would be appreciated.
