WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER

Thank you for visiting my Giving Page. My son Ethan passed away from Synovial Sarcoma in January of 2020.

I am honored to be running the 2022 Boston Marathon in his memory. Ethan’s strength and bravery inspire me everyday in whatever I do and this is a small challenge compared to the battle he faced everyday.
Through dozens of surgeries, months of chemotherapy and radiation treatments he never complained. Even at the end he was more worried about us than he was about himself. I will carry the memory of that strength with me to help me when it feels like I can’t go on.

Dana-Farber provides expert, compassionate care to children and adults and is home to groundbreaking cancer discoveries. Since its founding in 1948, the Jimmy Fund has raised millions of dollars through thousands of community efforts to advance Dana-Farber’s mission.
