Thank you for visiting my Giving Page to support cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund.
Chaochi left us too soon at the young age of 67. In this time she had accomplished a lot in her academic and professional career, all the while caring for many family members. However, I believe where she found her passion was in giving her time, energy and advice to anyone, young and old. She spent a lot of her time in the Christian community helping those in need and bringing them to the Christian faith. She battled with cancer for almost 3 years and gave it her best with the support of her close friends and family, but unfortunately succumbed to ovarian cancer on February 11th, 2023. She did not want a fancy funeral or memorial and would prefer that in lieu of sending flowers, to direct those expenses to worthy endeavors. If you would like to help honor her memory, please consider donating to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; all proceeds will go to ovarian cancer research.
