For the past 18 years, Susan was the first face you would see walking into the Boston office (and before that the Needham office). With her wonderful outgoing personality, she was able to build great relationships with both coworkers and clients.
One word to describe Susan would be “Riot”. Susan was a riot. She was always joking and laughing. She truly had a love of life and a love of people. She was an avid traveler; from trips to Laconia for Bike Week, following the Patriots to Miami and Nashville to “watch” the game, the beach vacations, and the many other places she went with friends and family. Each year Susan would have her PTO mapped out to ensure she was able to travel and spend time with family and friends.
During the pandemic, Susan was the one of the very few people who continued to come into the office every day during the shutdown to open the mail and circulate through email to all of us working remote. She was a real trooper.
We all miss her big smile, greeting, and great conversations that we all were able to enjoy with Susan. She will always have a place in our hearts.
Susan was heavily involved in charitable causes including ones supported by Dana-Farber.
