Honoring Leo's Bar Mitzvah; Remembering Norma's Fundraising Page

WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER

Thank you for considering a donation to the Dana Farber in honor of Leo's Bar Mitzvah and in memory of his grandmother, Norma Rosin.  Norma passed October 9, 2015 from non-small cell lung cancer. She received wonderful care and attention from Dr. Johnson and the thoracic cancer center at the Dana Farber for a number of years, but ultimately succumbed to the disease, far too young.

She left a wonderful legacy in Leo we see every day.  Norma was a reading instructor, and Leo is an avid reader.  Norma was a creative thinker, and Leo is a creative thinker.  Norma loved her routines, and so does Leo.  She loved to take Leo to lunch, spoil him with games and toys, and just be sure she was there to bring a smile to his face.

When Norma spoke, people listened.  At Leo's Bar Mitzvah, when he speaks, we will all listen, and we will deeply miss her.  Norma thrived on bringing family and friends together for events like these.
