Thank you for visiting Paige's Giving Page to support cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund.
As many of you know, Paige received a diagnosis of breast cancer 12 years ago. Despite the challenges that this diagnosis created for her, her passion for life and her beautiful generous spirit persevered.
A year ago Paige and Alan moved to Connecticut to enjoy life in the country and be nearer to Jocelyn. Jocelyn was an enormous help navigating the world of cancer treatment and a champion of her mother's wishes for a palliative approach to her fight. Under the care of Dr. Mona S. Kaddis, Paige was able to have continuity of care from front-line therapy treatment to hospice with Dana-Farber. This was important to both her and Alan. Alan provided loving care to her in their home in her last months. He rose to the challenge of caring for her as tenderly as she deserved.
She was a loving and dedicated mother to Jared and Jocelyn and an active Grammy to her five grandchildren: Quinn, Ryan, Sylas, Iley, and Sage. She encouraged them to follow their interests and supported their dreams, as she had for her own children. Paige nurtured strong family ties embracing her son-in-law Chris, daughter-in-law Kristin, and Alan's family including sons David and Daniel and daughter-in-law Danielle, with love.
If you're reading this, chances are high you attended a dinner party or gathering at Paige's home. She had a gift for creating community and she cherished her friends and family. As her sister, Libby says "there were no strangers in Paige's life."
We lost Paige too soon and miss her dearly. We thank Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for helping her in her fight. We thank you for any donation you are inspired to leave to forward their mission in her name.
