In September, we will hit the pavement and walk the Boston Marathon Course in support of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Our team captain has been a DFCI patient since December 2017. What started as a misdiagnosis from a hospital across town ("I'm the cancer guy, this isn't cancer!") was soon identified as Stage III Triple Negative Breast Cancer. We quickly moved across the river to Dana-Farber and have felt so lucky to be in their care. Now in Stage IV, Cassie is on a clinical trial and forever grateful to the team at DFCI for making this road manageable.
We can think of no better way to thank the professionals who provide such outstanding care, and with the hopes of easing the journey for cancer patents of today and tomorrow.
This walk allows a large group of friends to come together for a good cause. Thank you for supporting us.
