WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER

BECAUSE SCIENTIFIC INNOVATIONS ARE MADE POSSIBLE BY THE GENEROSITY OF OUR DONORS

The Smith Lab for Synthetic Biology and Cellular Engineering is participating in the 2020 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk and making every step count toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.

Your support goes directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge science and highly compassionate care. Funds raised through the Jimmy Fund Walk enable Dana-Farber's leading clinicians and researchers to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.

Curious about our team name? Check out our lab website to learn about our work and how CAR T therapy is already revolutionizing treatment options for patients with blood cancer!

Our work would not be possible without donors like you. Every dollar counts! Thank you for supporting our team and conquering cancer together ~
