Dear Friends, Colleagues, and Family,
This will be my 16th year supporting the Jimmy Fund Walk as the captain of the Images of Hope Team, and I would like to again enthusiastically invite you to join us and participate in the 2023 Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk on Sunday, October 1st, 2023.
This year, I had the opportunity to take a sabbatical leave and travel the world. Along my journey, I was particularly reminded that cancer does not discriminate and affects all of us in one way or another throughout the globe. I have also seen major progress being made in the last years giving patients affected by the disease an optimal chance to defeat it, while emphasizing diversity, inclusion, equity, and worldwide access to the latest discoveries.
This is why I am reaching out to all of you across several continents for your ongoing and generous support of this very worthy cause. We are hoping to break our prior record and increase our fundraising to $20,000 this year.
