For my 17th year, I am walking the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. I walk to honor the memory of my brother, Will, who died after a long battle with a brain tumor at the young age of 28. Since then, there have been more people I know and love impacted by cancer, including my brother-in-law, Colin, who died of leukemia a year after Jonathan and I got married. I walk to raise money so that others who are battling cancer can beat their fights and go on to live healthy and meaningful lives.
Spending this weekend in Boston every year means so much to me and my entire family. We love being with my parents, brothers and sisters and all the extended family and friends who come out to support us and the amazing work of the Jimmy Fund and Dana Farber.
All donations you make to me (or my kids) goes directly to the Will Kraft Brain Tumor Research Fund led by Will's oncologist, Dr. Patrick Wen.
Thank you for supporting my participation in the Jimmy Fund Walk. Together, we can conquer cancer!
P.S. Your company may match gifts, meaning you double the impact of your donation!
