Hello family and friends
This year the Jimmy Fund Walk have invited me to be part of the Hero Program and of course matched me up with Team Toss Out Cancer. Patients are invited to be part of the Hero Program and inspire a team to raise critical funds for cancer research and patient care at the Dana Farber. I have never really considered myself a Hero but I have excepted this honor and invitation to be a HERO this year. Most of you know that I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer in 2008. My cancer metastasized to my lungs in 2014. I was diagnosed with Metastatic Breast Cancer stage IV and have been treated at the Dana Farber since 2014. 🙏🏼 I’m so thankful to the Dana Farber for my amazing immunotherapy treatment and my all around patient care. I feel beyond blessed. The way I support the Jimmy Fund/Dana Farber is by hitting the streets and walking to raise money in support. Please support me and Team Toss Out Cancer by making a donation to this amazing establishment.
When you make a gift to my walk, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge science and compassionate patient care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
Thank you for supporting my Jimmy Fund Walk fundraising efforts. Together, we can conquer cancer!
Lots of hugs,
