Corinne would be graduating in May this year after majoring in cell and molecular biology at Northeastern University. It's easy for me to imagine the intensity that Rin would have today as a young adult. For her this phase of life started too early when she was diagnosed with a rare cancer at age 14. That road through high school while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation displayed the sheer force of nature that was Corinne. She kept up with her studies and pursued interests in all things music, quality Mira time, art and GSA activities at WHS and beyond. We were graced with lots of family time.
I'm confident that Corinne recognized the importance of science, research and perseverance. This keeps me walking. It's been 5 years since Corinne left this world, though my heart knows it at times only as 5 minutes or 5 seconds.
Please help me reach my goal.
