- This year will be the first time Tyra and I walk the Jimmy Fund Walk since my father has passed. This walk meant everything to my dad, Richard Gellis, who was an original walker. Every moment of my dad’s life was for the Jimmy Fund and for all the kids with Cancer. This walk means everything to myself, my daughter Tyra, my brothers ,and all our friends and family. Everyone is or has been affected by cancer or will be at one point in their life unfortunately. And this is why we walk!!! Because we need to find a cure! We need to find one now. We can not wait. I’m asking you to help us meet our goals once again this year!! We will be walking it our way, but we need your help meeting our goals, so please any amount will help.
