ROW THE BOAT - A Few Reasons Why I walk

I am participating in the 2020 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk this year, and I'm asking for your help to reach my fundraising goal!

In December of 2018, I lost one of my dearest friends PJ Ferrier to Osteosarcoma. PJ brought a gentleness, wisdom, and light into my life and the lives of everyone he met. I'm thankful that I was able to have him in my life, and will carry him with me always.

Michelle Garber is currently fighting ovarian cancer, and her strength, resilience and positivity in the face of such a challenging battle is inspiring.

Team Row the Boat walks in memory of PJ and as support to Michelle and so many others who are fighting this ugly, terrible disease. PJ's favorite phrase, "Row the Boat," according to the school where it originated, translates to energy, sacrifice, and dedication coupled with a never give up attitude. This phrase, shown to many by PJ has reminded us to be the best, most resilient versions of ourselves.

Please donate and support me and my team in our walk. With each half marathon we walk we will be that much closer to finding a cure.

And, as always, ROW THE BOAT.
