As many of you know, my brother passed away at the age of 7 from a cancer called Neuroblastoma. Dana-Farber was a source of hope to all of us at that time. His doctors, nurses, and the staff were absolutely amazing in his care. Unfortunately, he couldn't beat it and cancer beat him/us.
This October, I am participating in the 2020 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk: Your Way, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer. While the walk will be very different this year, I am excited to take part and do what I can to give back to a place that will have forever a special place in my heart
When you make a gift to my walk, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge science and highly compassionate cancer care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
Thank you for supporting my participation in the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk—it means the world. Together, we can conquer this awful disease. #FuckCancer
