Asking for Your Help for the Jimmy Fund Walk

Sarah and I are participating in the 2019 Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk once again (9/22/19)!   This event will be with our original team that was started 20 years ago when my close friend Rich Kessler had died from cancer.  When Rich was being treated at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, he was so upset to see all of the young children undergoing cancer treatment.  He asked his family and friends to do something and a walk team was formed.  That was prior to when Molly and then Danny each were diagnosed and treated successfully for their cancers!   We have been so fortunate in Molly and Danny having benefited from the tremendous progress which has been made in cancer treatments.  And of course, we also think about my Dad and good friend Don Frost who each died from cancer.  So, this year, we are back with "Kessler's Crew" for the 20th anniversary in order to honor Rich's request one more time!   And we are asking for your help in supporting our walk if you are able to!

Sarah is making her appeal through Facebook.  If you are able to contribute, please choose either of us.  No need to contribute to both of us unless you want to.  The support for our team goes directly and specifically to resourcing work which Rich would have been so proud to see going on.  When you make a gift,  you’re directly supporting these targeted efforts.

Thank you for supporting our participation in the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk.    Gratefully,  Steve
