I'm thrilled to be part of The Leonard P. Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies and Healthy Living. Since 2017, I've been teaching yoga and exercise to patients, caregivers and staff.

Healing mind, body and spirit through yoga, exercise, acupuncture, massage, music, meditation, arts, and nutrition programs.
