Too many children need to make the trip with their families for treatment of one kind or another. This shouldn't have to happen. Trevor is a student at the school I teach at who at the age of 2 was diagnosed with an inoperable intramedullary low grade glioma (tumor inside the spinal cord). He continues to be treated at Dana Farber.
The least I can do as an elementary teacher of many and a mom of 3 healthy boys is walk to raise money for the families who live through such a challenge and continue to help raise money for treatment. This is my 4th time walking and it's an honor to do so!
