As an employee at DFCI, I am participating in the 2023 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
In the Tothova Lab, we study acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and its precursor, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). AML is a severe and deadly form of adult leukemia, with limited therapeutic options for patients. Through both our research and our ongoing clinical trial, the Tothova Lab is working to bring effective and targeted treatment options to the patients that need them most.
When you make a gift to my Walk, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
Thank you for supporting my Jimmy Fund Walk fundraising efforts. Together, we can defy cancer!
