I am walking in memory of this amazing woman, Lori Hickey. Not only was she my mom, but she was my best friend. She truly made an impact on everyone she met. Throughout her fight, she continued to care for our family despite the pain she was in. My mom was a true fighter but unfortunately lost her battle in June of 2023. Not a day goes by when her laugh and smile are not missed. I will continue to do everything in her honor and continue to fight for others affected by this awful disease. I know for sure if my mother was here, she would be doing everything she could to fight cancer. I miss you mom and I will always try to make you proud.
