Hi everyone. This year on October 6, 2024 I will be participating in my first ever Jimmy Fund Walk! Since I was a baby I was at the finish line waiting impatiently to cheer on my papa and other family members as they crossed. My Papa Peter Marino walked the Jimmy Fund for 25 years and he raised over $133,000 during this time. Unfortunately he hasn’t been able to walk it anymore but our family is carrying on his legacy. I will be walking with my sister, my mom, my cousin, and many more! My nana is a 3 time cancer survivor so this foundation means a lot to my family. Though I’m starting off slow I’m incredibly excited to get to participate in this journey and add another kid to my papas long legacy. My nana and papa will be waiting at the finish line to walk across with us!
