We are the Zebra Divas and Divos. So named by Liz to recognize the rarity of Neuroendocrine Tumor Cancer. The zebra pattern is the symbol for rare diseases. Liz was diagnosed in December of 2011 and from the start she vowed to beat this incurable disease. Liz was a beautiful wife, mother, sister, Aunt, friend. Her smile and giggle were joyful. Her love of travel brought back many fun stories of her adventures with Ralph and Josh and Lucas. She lessons of love, generosity and integrity. It was a privledge to be part of her team. Ever the competitive athlete, Liz brought determined focused energy to her fight against NET cancer. Forming and then expanding the Zebra Divas was a great joy for Liz. We are going to carry on her fight to bring awareness to NET cancer and to find a cure.
Please join us as we continue to "Walk Our Way" in Groton MA. We would love to add new members.
