By participating in the 2023 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, our team is making every step count toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
Everyone knows someone who has been affected by this dreaded disease but not everyone has experienced the amazing care provided by Dana Farber Cancer Center. The excellent care provided and the cancer fight research done by Dana Farber is the reason we support such a great cause.
Team Fight Fierce began in 2014 by Kassia Smith. She began the team but didn’t want it to be all about her since so many people are affected. Since she started the team we have raised more that $200,000.
We lost Kassia in 2016 but the fight goes on. It goes on because everyday more people are diagnosed with and treated for this awful disease. Please join us to continue this battle.
Your support goes directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care. Funds raised through the Jimmy Fund Walk enable Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
