WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
We are walking in memory of Mary Shamoian, the most amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, nana, and friend. She was special to everyone who was fortunate enough to have been in her life. Mary was the definition of strength and courage as she battled this horrible disease for over 12.5 years with dignity and pride. There are some people as strong but no one stronger. Please help us raise money in Mary's name as she was always more concerned about helping others more than herself.
Your support goes directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique 50-50 balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care. Funds raised through the Jimmy Fund Walk enable Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
