At HotSpot, we are on a scientific mission to pioneer a new approach to allosteric drug discovery with a focus on cancer and autoimmune disease. At the core of our efforts and motivation is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for patients as we work to continually advance our pipeline of novel small molecules. 

As a newly clinical stage company, we are delighted to be participating in the 2023 Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. We are especially pleased to be directing our fundraising efforts towards the Jennifer Crombie Fund for Ovarian Cancer Research to help drive the kind of groundbreaking translational work in a rare and underfunded form of cancer that is needed to help develop better therapies.

Jen is herself an oncologist at DFCI and provides the kind of superb and compassionate care for her patients that sets the bar for the very best in clinical oncology, even while receiving treatment herself. We are proud to walk in honor of her and her family and to raise critical funds that help drive the clinical trials that provide hope and opportunity for patients living with cancer around the world.
