WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
Team Lung Cancer is fundraising with the Jimmy Fund Walk to defy cancer because we are committed to supporting the groundbreaking work being done at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. As a team led by dedicated staff and family volunteers from the Thoracic Oncology Program, we are a mix of in-person and virtual walkers, including Dana-Farber staff, patients, friends, and family members.
Your support directly contributes to Dana-Farber's unique approach, which combines cutting-edge research with compassionate patient care at the Lowe Center for Thoracic Oncology. By walking and fundraising, we are helping to advance treatments, improve patient outcomes, and ultimately, defy cancer.
