By participating in the 2024 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, our team is making every step count toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
We formed our team in 2004 as Eddie's Angels when my brother, Edward died from pancreatic cancer at the age of 55. When Linda's dad, Bob died in 2010 we renamed our team Eddie's Angels and Bob's Braves. Prior to these 20 years of being a team, we joined the Jimmy Fund walkers as individual participants. Our first year was 1994 when my father was fighting multiple myeloma. This cause is near and dear to our hearts. We will continue to walk every year we are physically able to find a cure for all cancers. Please support us in any way you are able.
