WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
On September 29, 2023, we lost our dear classmate, Kyle Montuori Medbery, to colon cancer. We had the privilege of sharing our elementary and junior high years with her at NDA, Tyngsboro, and will always remember her for her incredible kindness and generosity.
Kyle wore many hats—daughter, sister, niece, friend, colleague, classmate, bulldog mom, aunt, godmother, and most proudly, wife. She dedicated 23 years of her life to her work at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, a cause that meant the world to her. It's a cruel irony that cancer is what ultimately took her from us.
The best way to honor Kyle’s legacy is by continuing the fight she was so passionate about. We invite you to join us on October 6th for the Jimmy Fund Cancer Walk. We’ve created a team in her honor—TEAM MILES FOR KYLE —and would be thrilled to have you with us.
