NUT Midline Carcinoma Registry Goals
Our goals are:
1. To raise awareness and disseminate information about NUT midline carcinoma.
2. To provide pathologic review to assist in the diagnosis of NMC.
3. To collect clinical data on the disease and its response to treatment.
4. To create a repository of clinical specimens that will support future research.
5. To provide the means for scientific discoveries to improve the treatment of NMC. https://nmcregistry.org/
I/We would like to smash the goal set at $1,000.00. This is helping towards this great cause and these amazing people working tirelessly to achieve their goals towards NUT Midline Carcinoma. The research is the future in finding a cure for one of the most deadliest cancers.
Please feel free to join our team, Harrisons Army (#harrisonsarmy),and walk with me virtually, to raise money for this great cause, in memory of Harrison Jay Boyd (11/23/2007-10/06/2021).
This is also the perfect way to raise awareness for this type of cancer as it is so rare there are only about 500 people world wide who have had this diagnosis of NUT Carcinoma. The more people that are made aware of this, the better as once ‘undifferentiated sarcoma’ is diagnosed, there is a test that can be carried out to diagnose NUT Midline Carcinoma.
This is Harrison’s legacy and I'm trying to help his mother Tanya, with her mission, in raising money, and awareness of his story, and what Harrison stood for. He wanted to bring awareness to not only NUT Carcinoma but, also Anti-Bullying. His mother Tanya, will be doing this for the rest of her life. I would like to help Tanya with this, as it is now her life mission, until Harrison's younger brother Henley, will be able to carry on his legacy when he is ready. 💙
