WHY WE'RE FUNDRAISING WITH THE JIMMY FUND WALK TO FIGHT CANCER
By participating in the 2024 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, our team is raising funds to directly support the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, including the Jimmy Fund Clinic for Pediatric Cancer at DFCI where our strong and beautiful daughter Kristina received amazing care for cancer this year. The doctors, nurses and everyone we met were so kind and supportive. She was also able to participate in a clinical trial at this a world-class research hospital in Boston. Kristina had the opportunity in March to travel to Florida to the Red Sox Spring Training, together with 40 other teenagers fighting cancer on a Jimmy Fund supported trip! She just celebrated her 17th birthday and the wonderful news that she does not need radiation or more chemo and can focus on her recovery. ❤
