By participating in the 2024 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, our team is making every step count toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
Lee's Heroes is beginning our 7th year of raising funds for cancer research and cancer care. We initially honored our mom, sister, friend, aunt~Lee Yniguez Taylor, add to our prayers our moms/ grandmas~ Neddie Yniguez and Evie Purkar, brother/uncle~Casey and also loving friends we have lost, and ones who are receiving treatment~ especially honoring our dear family friend Ellen Waugh and her positive attitude in her cancer fight.
We send our love and prayers to Ellen and her loving smile and strength, inspiring us every day to love, be grateful and faithful.
Your support goes directly to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care. Funds raised through the Jimmy Fund Walk enable Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.
