Kathy's Krew's Fundraising Page

I am participating in the 2024 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk to honor, remember and celebrate my wife Kathy.  Throughout her 4.5 year battle with Lung Cancer, Dana Farber and her team of doctors, nurses and a whole team of caregivers were there every step of the way.  They were amazingly compassionate, smart and caring, and through their efforts, they gave us cherished time and greatly improved quality of life for Kathy, me and the boys.

Kathy started Team Kathy's Krew in 2013, and I have tried to continue to pay it forward.  We walk in support of the all too many current and future cancer patients, and I know first hand that every $ raised in support of DFCI's mission of world class cancer research and care is truly LIFE GIVING.

We walk with the the ultimate finish line in my heart: a world without cancer.

When you make a donation to Team Kathy's Krew, you’re directly supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s unique balance between cutting-edge research and compassionate patient care. Your support allows Dana-Farber leaders to enhance programs and initiatives that serve pediatric and adult patients and their families.

Please consider joining our team and/or donate to our fundraising efforts.  Joining the team allow you can walk with us and 8,500 others on October 6th, or to be a "virtual walker" from anywhere in the world!  It also enables you to do your own fund raising to further support the cause.
