Family and Friends,

I am running the Falmouth Road Race again this year with Team "Adelia the Wonder Girl!" in support of a cure for DIPG/DMG.

Over the past year, Adelia has undergone 4 brain surgeries and 63 radiation treatments and continues to fight like warrior, something no child should have to endure.  With only experimental clinical trials as treatment options, we need to do better for Adelia and all of the other children facing this disease. This year we are directing all funds to the new Brain Tumor Center at Boston Children’s and Dana Farber, who seek effective treatments to start sooner which is critical to the trajectory of this horrible disease. This center will also support clinical trials, groundbreaking research, and a network that families can come to for support and resources.
