In June of 2018, just two months after having my first child, my family’s world changed after discovering my Mom has a rare type of blood cancer. If you’re lucky enough to know my Mom, you know she’s so strong, caring, and supportive of everyone around her, even with her own challenges. She’s never skipped a beat and maintains her positive spirit through this journey. She’s the rock of our family❤
There’s no cure, but there’s treatment that I hope can be evolved into a cure for others in the future. I am running the Falmouth Road Race in support of Dana Farber to not only help support the care that my Mom receives, but also in support of everyone else who’s braving their own battle. This is my small way of giving back - and I am so appreciative to everyone who has contributed!
