WHY I'M RUNNING THE 2024 ASICS FALMOUTH ROAD RACE TO DEFY CANCER

On August 18, I will be running in the Falmouth Road Race as a member of the Dana-Farber team for the third time! I will be running in honor of my Opa, Donald Lynch, who lost his battle to cancer on August 18, 2017 and for all the patients and families at the Jimmy Fund Clinic, that I am lucky enough to work with everyday.

From my direct experience working in the Blum Pediatric Resource Room, I have seen the direct impact that this hospital has on cancer patients and their families. I am beyond grateful to be working for such an amazing organization that truly puts patients first.
