WHY I'M RUNNING THE 2024 ASICS FALMOUTH ROAD RACE TO DEFY CANCER

After running my first 5k in 8 years, I have decided I want to continue progressing my running. After deciding this and speaking to some friends I began thinking about future races. When I opened Instagram, there was an ad about registering for the Falmouth road race by signing up to fundraise for Dana Farber to help fund future cancer research. As you all know, that is where my dad successfully received his treatment and was able to recover from his throat cancer and colon cancer. I felt like this ad was a sign for me to run this race especially since it takes place in Falmouth which has kind of been home away from home for the last few summers. I would greatly appreciate any and all donations as they will go directly to Dana Farber. Here is my personal page to receive donations for them!

Thank you for your support! Together, we are helping Dana-Farber race toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer.
