On August 18, I am running in the Falmouth Road Race, a seven mile course from Woods Hole to Falmouth, along the scenic Cape Cod coastline. Along with hundreds of other runners, I have committed to raise funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, New England's leading cancer center.
As many of you know, in December 2022, my father in law passed away after an 11 year battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was a patient at Dana-Farber for many years and received a stem cell transplant there in 2013. Running this race is a small, but meaningful way I can continue to honor his courageous fight, as well as raise money for Dana-Farber's continued research programs and advanced cancer treatments.
Donations of any amount are appreciated and provides direct support to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute patients and families by sustaining the Institute's revolutionary research, exceptional patient care, renowned medical experts.
With your help, we can assist Dana-Farber accomplish its mission of preventing, treating, and defying cancer.
Thank you for your support!
Chris
