Team IBC at the Finish Line 2022!
I am participating in the 2022 Boston Marathon® Jimmy Fund Walk presented by Hyundai, taking steps toward the ultimate finish line: a world without cancer, specifically inflammatory breast cancer!
As a Dana-Farber radiation oncologist focused on taking care of patients with breast cancer, I have the privilege of daily getting to witness the strength and courage of our patients. For patients with inflammatory breast cancer in particular, our group of clinicians and researchers is working to better understand IBC and improve outcomes for patients. I am walking for our patients - past, current, and future.
