About Our Team

For the past 23 years, Kessler's Crew PACT Pack has been walking as part of the Boston Marathon/Jimmy Fund Walk in memory of Rich Kessler and in honor and support of children with advanced and serious illnesses and their families who are cared for by the Pediatric Advanced Care Team (PACT), the Palliative Care Team of Boston Children's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute. 

One of the many things we have learned over the past 2+ years is that the drumbeat of pediatric advanced illness does not stop nor slow down even in the face of a worldwide pandemic.  PACT continued to care for our patients and families full on and in person throughout the pandemic.  We were also made keenly aware that the  impact of the pandemic on the quality of life of our patients, the loneliness and isolation of caregivers and the additional financial struggles endured by our patients and their families was greater than ever before.  The need to support the PACT Quality of Life  Fund has become ever more important.

100% of your support goes directly to PACT Quality of Life Fund.
